Professional Biography
Being Minister of several Christian Churches since 1987, leadership and administrative experiences bring a diverse background to the position of City Council, including Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, and Arizona.  Wayne retired in 2013 to pursue other areas of interest, including history and genealogy.  While Senior minister of a church in Arizona, Wayne gave oversight to a $1.2 million dollar building project, including capital campaign financing, and the usual demands of a church minister, including committee assignment on a national convention. Wayne has participated on various Board of Directors including Oregon Christian Convention, Emmanuel Christian Seminary, Counseling Services, and Ministerial Associations as well as Professor of Pastoral Ministries at Nebraska Christian College. 

He has recently been the President of Lebanon Genealogical Society, volunteers of the Lebanon Library, and currently serves on the Lebanon Museum Foundation. Wayne has also owned and operated a small Electronic Retail and Service business in Albany, and sales in a wholesale electronic distributor. Wayne is a U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam war.

Personal
Wayne and his wife Patricia were both born and raised in Lebanon graduating from Lebanon High and moved back to Lebanon in 2013. They have two grown children and five great-grand children.
