A Message From City Manager Nancy Brewer
Finance Department staff have determined that there was an error in creating the Storm Drainage rate in the billing system when rates were adjusted in July. For single-family residential customers, the billing has been 52₵ higher than it should have been for the July through October billing periods. I apologize for this error and am glad staff discovered it. Accounts will be credited for this overcharge on the November bill.
