Notice of Construction & Road Closure - South Second Street
A section of South Second Street will be closed to through traffic between Airport Road & Kees Street to allow for utilities and roadway construction for the newly approved Black Rock Apartments. The closure hours will be during 8am – 5pm on the following dates:
Thursday, December 7 & Friday, December 8
Monday, December 11 & Tuesday, December 12
Residents and businesses in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access but should expect short periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
Residents are encouraged to go the City of Lebanon website at https://www.lebanonoregon.gov/gis for continuous updates regarding construction location and current road closures.
