Press Release - Notice of Construction (Franklin Street between River Road & Russell Drive)
Beginning Monday, June 19th, Franklin Street will be closed to through traffic between River
Road and Russell Drive. During the closure contractors will be installing utilities and road
improvements for the newly approved Franklin Grove Subdivision. Construction is expected
to last until September 1st. (see map on copy of press release below)
Residents in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access but should expect short
periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to
periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
