Incorrect Date on Automated Reminder Calls for Past Due Utility Accounts

From the Finance Department/Utility Billing:

On Friday late afternoon, the Finance Department processed our standard monthly automated reminder calls for utility accounts with a past due balance. Unfortunately, the date specified in the call was incorrect related to lockouts for non-payments. Customers with past due accounts have until Monday at 4pm to pay on their accounts to avoid being locked out on Tuesday, August 16th. Customers needing additional assistance are urged to call the Finance Department on Monday, August 15 before 4pm. For additional information, please call (541) 258-4913 during business hours.
