Employee Safety & Wellness
Mission
To facilitate a safe work environment by being a proactive presence in the workplace. To identify and correct workplace hazards before accidents can occur by communicating, monitoring, inspecting and advising the employer about all aspects of the organization's safety and health effort.
The citywide Safety Committee meets every third Tuesday of the month and each building's safety representative reports safety issues/concerns from their building.
