Construction/Road Closure
Construction begins EARLY NEXT WEEK (July 12th) on the supporting utilities for the New Water Treatment Plant.
The project is expected to last through the end of this year. River Road/Russell Drive will be closed to through traffic with a posted detour route in place.
Residents in those areas will be afforded reasonable access but can expect times where access to individual driveways may not be possible. The contractor is required to give all residents notice of the impending construction and road closure, a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
